Big Boss: The Game of Leadership, 2020 (Intercollegiate Competition)
The Department of Human Resources of ITM Business School (ITM) in association with Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), Navi Mumbai organized Big Boss:The Game of Leadership-An Intercollegiate Competition on 2nd November and 9th November 2020 at ITM Business School, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
The event begun on 26th October 2020 with “Intra Collegiate Case Study Competition” in which 46 teams comprising ITM students from different batches competed and 8 teams were selected to compete with external teams in Inter collegiate Case Study Competition-Corporate Pirates: The Vision Quest. The teams were evaluated by a panel of 14 jury members including alumni, corporate experts, academicians and ITMs faculty members namely, Dr. Sangeeta Trott, Dr. Sankalp Srivastava, Dr. Rajashree Yalgi and Prof. Megha Halyalkar.
On 2nd November The Inter Collegiate Case Study Competition-Corporate Pirates: The Vision Quest witnessed enthusiastic participation from colleges across India spanning from Cochin to Gr.Noida, Faridabad to Darbhanga, Ulhasnagar to Pune, Darbhanga to Mumbai etc. In total 29 teams showcased their exemplary performance in the event. The event began with Lamp lighting in the presence ITM faculty members, ISTD Members, Jury Panel and participants. The teams were evaluated by 25 Jury Members comprising of academicians, corporate experts, senior professionals, ISTD members and alumni.
On 9th November we conducted the finale event. This year we introduced a new competition in the event called "Corporate Doodlers: A Doodling Art Competition and fortunately it was appreciated by the Jury members and thoroughly enjoyed by all the participants. 13 students from various parts of India participated in the competition. The theme for Doodling Art was “outside my window.” Beautiful display of art work was displayed by each participants. Teams were judged by 7 jury members on various parameters.
Overall the event hosted around 150 participants from more than 20 institutes from all over India.
