About the session: -
The orientation programme specially conducted for the New joiner of the CII YI from ITM Business School. Representative of CII YI Yuva, Miss Sindhuri Rao gave the brief about CII YI and its vision, objective and 3 pillars which are “Youth leadership”, “Nation building” & “Thought leadership”. Miss Sindhuri also talked about the Various initiative taken by CII YI like Road safety, gift an organ, climate change and activities like entrepreneurship & innovation, development through experiential learning, debates, government engagements. Further session taken by Mr. Nishant S Mehta in which Mr. Mehta spoke about CII YI coming up with YUVA talk which will give you feel of TEDx speaker & they are also planning for future competition events followed by Q&A session.
the ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr.Tanvi Rana, Head of CII YI Yuva at ITM Business School.

About the Session:
The orientation programme was followed by an amiable session on leadership talk, conducted by Dr. Chandrashekar. He told about How to be different person in 30 days. Three skills adaptability, communication & critical thinking creativity and collaboration which must be in human to became success. And gave the insights on New education policy.
The event was a great success, full of new learnings and positivity.
