Corporate World: A Curtain Raiser-2

The HR Department of ITM Business School organized second Guest Session of "Corporate World: A Curtain Raiser Series” on 29th August 2020 for the HR students on the topic “Employee Engagement.” The session was conducted by Mr. Premjeet Furtado, General Manager, Ultratech Cement, Aditya Birla Group. Mr.Premjeet highlighted employee engagement techniques like-Q12 GALLUP (Survey), E-8 (Right management) and VIBES (Aditya Birla Group). He explained the difference between HR generalist and specialist and talked about P3 manager (People, Purpose, Performance [KRA]) which focused on building culture, being effective on their own, enlarging customer base, driving effective manager behavior, respecting & admiring subordinates and creating legacy. At last he share some of the insights of Aditya Birla group  employee engagement activities which includes career, life enrichment, reward & recognition and  young talent development program for the retention of fresh talent which further includes lifestyle, health fitness, recreation ,unleash potential and knowledge enrichment and skill building activities.

It was an insightful and interactive session for the HR batch 2020-22.
