ITM Department of Human Resource "HR Spectrum-Experiential Learning Workshop-1”

The Department of Human Resource has taken yet another initiative called as “HR Spectrum- Experiential Learning Series” to prepare the students for their successful Corporate Journey. A workshop on “Myths and Realities of HR Analytics” was conducted on 12th September 2020 for PGDM HR Batch 2019-21 under this fulcrum. Mr. Rahul Sharma, Senior Manager-BPHR at Quality Kiosk Technologies Pvt. Ltd. was invited to guide the students in understanding the nuances of data driven HRM and their role in organizational effectiveness. He shared great insights on Machine learning, AI transforming areas of HRM as well as HR centric analytics tools & techniques. He also emphasized on importance data visualization in HR Analytics with the help of various statistical tools and techniques.

The Session was exceptionally enriching, informative and was well received by the students.
