ITM Kharghar in association with BMA held the 12th HEF Annual Convention on 27th March 2021, in the virtual mode.

The Central Theme of the Convention was Future of Work: Competencies, Challenges, Preparedness and Road Map.

Dr. Bhimaraya Metri, Director, IIM Nagpur was the inaugural speaker for the Convention.

The convention discussion revolved around the teaching techniques adopted by professors nowadays and the indispensable skill sets for students to take on the corporate world, further throwing in an industrial perspective as to what can be expected and how everyone, be it students or current working professionals can meet those expectations.

It was an insightful and enlightening sessions for all participants involved.
