A four-day workshop on “Lean Six Sigma Green Belt” was organized by Operations & Supply Chain Management at ITM Business School, Kharghar from the 9th of March to the 12th of March.

The workshop was conducted by Mr. Aniruddha Bhalchandra Viladkar is a certified six sigma black belt from KPMG and a professional trainer and facilitator.

He has work experience of 37 years and has achieved several milestones. Students from Operations & Supply Chain Management, Retail Management & Marketing, Human Resource department participated in the workshop and successfully completed the course.

The course was built on various critical factors such as lean manufacturing goals, various approaches like DMAIC DMADV, etc.

Course Objective

This course aimed at improving the competency of an individual to contribute towards organizational success through a correct understanding of issues, making fact-based decisions, and rectifying unwanted elements with proper reasons.

This course was divided into 4 days keeping in mind covering all the pointers of six sigma concept in detail as follows.

Overall, it was a great value addition course for students which will definitely help them while working in the industry.
