It was a preparatory session for students , prof. Sudhakar with a wast knowledge and experience of 45 years in project management gave guidance to the operations students.

Sir touched upon various topics related to the job description such as Managing bulk hiring of the requirement received from the clients. Undertaking the projects by identifying issues & priorities. Should be to make logistic requirements on sites. Should be able to successfully manage the resources deployed on sites. Good knowledge regarding statutory & regulatory compliance. Database management of employees along with hand experienced over MIS. Client Relationship skills required - coordinating directly with them. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively. Should meet the customers directly to check whether the customer requirements are met properly. Good communication skills, work closely with Sr. Executive to handle projects at site. Infrastructure & Logistic Arrangement & Control(Lodging, Boarding & Local Transport)Mobilization & Demobilization of Candidates to maintain Compliances and Documentation as per Requirement Interaction with the Candidates, Preparation of WSR (Weekly Site Report)

It was a fruitful session with better understanding and interaction related to the subject .
