Expansion to a state-of-the-art new manufacturing facility. Wilton Weavers Private Limited is a Private incorporated on 06 September 1999. It is classified as Non-govt company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Ernakulam. Its authorized share capital is Rs. 340,000,000 and its paid-up capital is Rs. 339,736,288. It is involved in Spinning, weaving and finishing of textiles. Wilton Weavers Private Limited & 39; s Annual General Meeting (AGM) was last held on 30 September 2019 and as per records from Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), its balance sheet was last filed on 31 March 2019. Directors of Wilton Weavers Private Limited are Velayudhan Ravindra Prasad, Arun Prasad.

Operations

The looms in operation have been imported from Belgium, which of the best quality in the world, Prior to looming however, the yarn is bobbed and winded, for this purpose 9,300 bobs are present where in yarn can be inserted.
